Digital pressure gauge with robust, precise indicator
The robust stainless steel case and the battery power enable a flexible operation of the pressure gauge model DG-10 in various applications and industries. For a precise and quick on-site reading of a pressure value, a digital indicator is the ideal solution. The bargraph display and drag pointer function integrated into the display, as well as retrievable Min/Max peak values, enable effective analysis of the measuring point.

Customised installation:

• Through its rotatable case, the digital pressure gaugemodel DG-10-E can be easily adapted to local conditions. The backlighting also provides easy readability of the display in poor lighting conditions.

Additional programming functions of the pressure gauge model DG-10 are: Automatic power-off, tare function and password protection. There is unit switching between the units bar, psi and MPa already integrated into the standard model DG-10-S.

The model O-10 pressure transmitter has been developed for a wide variety of industrial applications. A large range of process and electrical connections as well as all commonly used pressure ranges and output signals set the model O-10 apart.

For applications in which water is used as a medium we recommend a 5-fold overpressure safety in combination with a condensation-tight case.

Due to its specifications, its features and its price, thepressure transmitter is ideally suited to OEM applications with an annual quantity requirement of more than 1,000 units of each part number. Accordingly, the minimum batch size is 50 units.

Specialist for viscous and solids-containing media

• The model S-11 pressure transmitter with flush diaphragm has been specifically designed for the measurement of viscous, paste-like, adhesive, crystallising, particulatescontaining and contaminated media, which would clog the pressure channel of conventional process connections.
• Through its optimised design, the flush process connection enables the cleanability of the wetted diaphragm to be integrated within the process. Low-maintenance and troublefree pressure measurement is thus also guaranteed in critical applications with frequently changing media.
• High accuracy, a robust design, high-quality workmanship and the high flexibility of configuration are key features of the model S-11.

Flush process connection

• All process connections of the flush pressure transmitter are made of stainless steel, fully welded and isolate the process medium from the pressure measuring instrument via a positive seal. A reliable, dead-space free sealing between the process connection and the measuring medium is thus assured.
• For high medium temperatures of up to 150 °C, the pressure transmitter is also available with an integrated cooling element.
• Specifically for the food and beverage industry, a version with internal system fill fluid in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3750 can be chosen.
