Cartridge Type Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves
Pressure control valves are direct operated hydraulically cushioned valves. These are used to control sequencing, unloading or back pressure of oil flow in a hydraulic system. The control can be initiated by sensing the pressure rise internally (directly from it's inlet port A) or remotely (from it's remote pressure control port X). The valves with auxiliary pilot pressure port P (model DPC " E/F/G/H) can be actuated by lower remote pressure than that is required at normal remote pressure control port.

Feed and Power hand pump is meant for applications where initial travel of the Cylinderl / Jack, to which it is connected is under no load or very low load.
The pump provides considerably high displacement under low pressure for rapid travel of the Cylinder / Jack and then automatically changes to low displacement when pressure starts rising (above 30 bar), thereby reducing the efforts required to operate the pump. The pump has built in Relief valve (factory set at maximum pressure) as a standard feature for safety of pump as well as the equipment connected to it. The pump also has a Release valve to retract the Cylinder / Jack under external force. The telescopic collapsible handle of the pump is meant for shorter hand movement, when working at low pressure. It also makes the pump compact for transportation. To reduce the force applied by hand, the handle should be extended. The pump also has an additional port for connecting a pressure gauge, if required.
Model 1R is a Piston type self contained pumping element, supplied with its Suction valve , Delivery valve and a spring loaded piston as a single unit. It is basically meant for supplying small volume of lubricating oil under high pressure.
For its working, the element must remain submerged in the oil all the time while pumping.
Reciprocating motion of the piston gives pumping action. The motion can be imparted either by a lever, a cam or a rocker arm.
Radially arranging a number of such elements around a bearing, which is mounted eccentrically on a rotating shaft and connecting all delivery port of the elements together will create a pump giving a continuous oil flow. Odd number of elements connected in such a manner will give smoother flow than even number.
